The John Muir Trail

The John Muir Trail presented over 100 photographs taken along the trail, which covers 221 miles of the Sierra Nevada from Yosemite Valley to Mt. Whitney. This stretch of the Sierra Nevada gave way to some of the finest photographs every produced by Ansel Adams and continues to inspire the work of his contemporaries. The works of Ansel Adams, historic photographs and contemporary works by Charles Cramer, Richard Lohmann, William Neill, Heidi Vetter, Keith Walklet and others.
