Our website is our only catalog, it is a virtual listing of our extensive selection of merchandise. At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog.

2. What is the difference between a reproduction and a photograph?
We offer original photographs as well as reproductions. The difference is simple, an original photograph is a photograph printed by the artist. With digital processes, originals are not handcrafted but are approved and signed by the artist. A reproduction is a second or further generation from the original photograph. A reproduction can be photographic (an example is the Best Studio Edition) or ink-based, such as a poster, lithograph, card, or calendar.

8. Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Framed orders usually take 3 business days, framed posters 10 business days. Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

9. Do you offer corporate or wholesale discounts?
We offer a discount on select items ordered in quantity. Please contact us at sales@anseladams.com for further details. We do not offer discounts to other galleries on fine prints.

12. I would like to return or exchange something, what should I do?
Please have you order number ready and e-mail us at sales@anseladams.com or call us at 888-361-7622 to let us know what you would like to do. Unless items were damaged in shipping, you are responsible for shipping items back to us. Please package your item(s) carefully, using the original packaging if possible. For returns: Once your item is received in good condition, a refund will be processed in 1 - 3 business days. For exchanges: Once we receive the item(s) for exchange, the new order will go out in 1 - 2 business days.
